Job Description:The Sales Operations Analyst, Channel position will work hand in hand with the Headquarters Channel and Consultant teams to support on boarding new Qualys partner Resellers and Consultants. The Analyst will be hands-on and assume the day-to-day responsibilities of onboarding new Resellers and Consultants as well as nurturing ongoing relationships. Candidate will be a liaison with Sales, and Channel Teams. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Addressing New Partner Inquiries Auto qualification from Salesforce TPA /Reseller credit checks Salesforce partner record updates Sign and execute TPA Agreements, interacting with Qualys Legal Sign and execute reseller agreements Enabling partner portal access and sending out onboarding email Creating New Orders in Salesforce Creating opportunities in salesforce in support of Scan-on-Behalf contracts Quoting opportunities for partners Submitting Purchase Orders for partners Monthly Billing Generating monthly billing reports Generating monthly billing for Scan-on-Behalf contracts via Salesforce Daily Transactional work Answer partner how-to, where-to queries and emails Answering pricing queries from partners Managing deal registration queries Connecting partners with TAMs when requested Redirect Partner Orders to TAMs Answer ongoing channel support issues Participate in the new partner community Update documentation as required
