Job Description:1) Develop Business Plan . 2) Strategic Planning & amp amp Execution 3) Directs activities of business operations to ensure profitability and quality. 4) Work with clients program management to identify a clear understanding of client needs and develop solutions to client requirements. 5) Provides leadership on day-to-day operations for an M& amp amp E team taking actions to ensure the availability and development of talent needed to meet current and future organizational needs 6) Sets clear, measurable performance expectations. 7) Drives operational excellence and highest levels of customer service fostering a customer centric environment where the customer perspective is central to the activity and thinking of the department. 8) Implements necessary training and staff development based on the clients Services Standards. 9) Implements clients SMM standards. Assists with developing innovative ideas, solutions and opportunities to achieve business objectives and further integration with clients SMM offering. 10) Communicates with staff at all levels to ensure knowledge of progress, gaps in performance, and link of individual contributions to overall business objectives. 11) Maintains communication with clients/suppliers and management to ensure that they are aware of clients progress, key changes, and gaps in performance with time enough to develop strategies to address these issues. 12) Develops and ensures the ongoing maintenance of the clients operations manual to include common processes and procedures as well as clients brand standards and requirements to ensure global consistencies. 13) Makes recommendations to improve the profitability of the operation. 14) Maintains consistent communication necessary to strategic planning, business resiliency and client decision-making. 15) Performs other duties as assigned. 16) Has exposure to APIs & amp amp Formulations in International Trade. 17)Should be able to handle entire operations (team) of the organization i.e purchase, sales, regulatory, tenders etc. 18) Should be able to handle entire operations of the organisation i.e. Procurement, Sales, Regulatory, Tender, etc.(Team Handling).
