Job Description:Management of the finance function and overseeing the finance team. Preparation of budgets, forecasts and cash flow Maintenance of financial ledgers and accounting processes. Preparation of Monthly Consolidated P& amp amp L and Balance Sheet as per Schedule VI Format. Timely production of statutory and internal financial reports Financial modelling and analysis, Cash management and treasury duties. Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained. Overseeing the Payroll process in terms of timely payment of salaries and accounting of statutory liabilities arising out of the Process. Ensuring compliance to the GST, Income Tax & amp amp Other Acts under the purview of finance. Overseeing the Financial Planning & amp amp Analysis for the Unit Constantly supporting the P & amp amp L Head in terms of Business Finance Functional inputs. Attending to Statutory, Internal & amp amp Tax Audit for the unit. Identifying and recommending potential operational efficiencies and improvements to working practices and procedures this would include Financial and business and could cover IT. Other responsibilities regularly assigned to the Financial Controller include payroll, insurance policies and cover and the management of book debt. Maintenance of Books of Accounts for the Unit Submitting Monthly MIS to the Board & amp amp Management Overseeing the Finance Function and Team. Supporting The P & amp amp L head in terms of Reports & amp amp Other Financial Advice. Team Building & amp amp Training. Monitoring / Supervising & amp amp Evaluating: Making monthly TDS payments & amp amp Filing of TDS quarterly returns. Online Form 16 & amp amp 16A generation and Distribution. Preparation of GST monthly returns & amp amp making payment of monthly GST. Statutory Payments. i.e. ESI, PF & amp amp PT before due date. Responding to TDS Notices, Collecting BRCs & amp amp FIRCs from Banks. Bank Guarantees, Fixed Deposits , RTGS & amp amp NEFTs. Inward Remittances documentation for disposal, Collecting GR Waivers. Liaison with Banks for day to day operations. Monitoring Working Capital Loans and Bank Charges Accounts Payable Ageing Analysis, Weekly Cash Flow and Outflow Statements Monthly Funds Outflow Projections and Budgeting Weekly Cheque issued statement with expense grouping, Providing day to day funds availability Adhoc Statements, Bank Reconciliation, Invoices & amp amp Bills Verification and Accounting Vendor Payments , Obtaining balance Confirmations from Banks & amp amp Vendors Preparation of Vendor Mater, Passing Journal & amp amp Payment vouchers in Tally Invoicing in Tally, Creation of Cheques, Ledgers in Tally, Miscellaneous works.
