Job Description:Role objective and responsibilities: The primary role would include overseeing and management of all the HR processes & amp amp systems, including their effective implementation. This would include: Recruitment & amp amp On-boarding / Induction. Training & amp amp Development. Performance Management. Compensation & amp amp Rewards. Talent & amp amp Leadership Development. HR Technology. Employee Welfare. Take lead in Change Management and Organisation Development Review & amp amp upgrade on an ongoing basis the various HR processes, systems, policies and practices to bring them in line with industry benchmark and organizational needs. Participate in benchmarking / best practice studies. Ensure high level of engagement of employees with the business and Organisation impacting thereby the ability to attract and retain talent. Work towards creating a culture of people sensitivity & amp amp concern along with performance orientation and delivery. Work closely with Corporate HR to participate in and support various strategic initiatives from time to time. Ensure conceiving and implementing best HR systems and policies to induce sound practices in talent acquisition, management and development. Be responsible for entire gamut of HR activities and processes in corporate office covering talent acquisition, performance management progrmes, compensation strategies, competencies mapping and development, employee welfare and HR information systems. Build a high performance culture within the organization by adopting and facilitating organizational development initiatives. Actively working with Group Head HR on various new HR projects and studies initiated for the benefit of the entire Group. Develop and ensure implementation of the overall HR budget and analysis of total HR spend. Develop progressive and proactive compensation and benefits programs to provide motivation, incentives and rewards for effective performance that help retain talent Manage the human resource information systems database and necessary reports for critical analyses of the HR function and the people resources of the corporation. To work closely with Corporate leadership team and implement business specific HR Ops interventions and programs.
