Developing Business and achieving the company' s sales goals Determining &amp amp amp implementing the marketing strategies based on the current trends &amp amp amp Results. Maintaining sales volume, product mix &amp amp amp selling price based on the market analysis. Maintaining various sales strategies for all the sales teams. Formulating the sales process &amp amp amp procedures for all the sales teams. Maintaining sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting &amp amp amp training Establishing objectives for sales by forecasting &amp amp amp developing annual sales. Monitoring customers, market &amp amp amp competitors activity. Manage key customer relationship in entire sales process. Developing business &amp amp amp achieving the company sales goal. Defining various incentive structures &amp amp amp motivation programs for the sales teams. Identify potential customer segments, drive team to new segments. Monitor efficient customer handling, query resolution and feature selling, convince customer, push sale of old-stock through discount and schemes. Monitor collection of necessary documents for sale and finance support for customers. Achieve total customer satisfaction. Monitor and manage all post sales activities up to handover of the apartment. Monitor standards and workshop monthly report (KRA) in order to achieve business aims and total customer satisfaction. Develop and improve the performance of individuals and sales team through coaching, establishing Individual Development Plans and appraisals. Plan manpower motivate staff through development of reward plans in order to ensure achievement of business and sales objectives. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of the sales staff, ensure correct staffing to cover operating hours.
