Job Description:Position Purpose &amp amp amp Summary The Product Manager is primarily responsible for brand management, marketing campaigns, launch of new products and services as a part of project team, supporting interactions with poultry clients and prospective customers, helping them understand how Cargill Premix and Nutrition can provide solutions for them and improve profitability via the use of CPN Nutritional products (Trace Mineral, Vitamin Premixes and additives). He/She will support sales team via product/technical consultations, product development and marketing communication reporting to the Marketing Manager (Premix and Nutrition) Principal Accountabilities Developing and Executing Marketing Communication Strategies, marketing plan/campaings, marketing materials and sales support tools like PowerPoint presentations, brochures, talksheets, competitive sheets, value calculators etc.30% Launch of new product and services while working as a part of NPSS project team. Coordinating product trials with the help of commercial team. 20% Work with commercial team on customer presentations and market development and pre/post-sales activities, develop creative offerings, including features/functionality and value propositions (e.g. design, tone, messaging).15% Go-to-Market Support and Activities: Ensure smooth coordination of CPN tactical marketing activities involving: Leading product launch/seminar and Trade conventions Selling tools and collateral development and availability Support to brand transition of collaterals and packaging materials, Implement the full range of communicating activities related to events and other activities requiring corporate internal and/or external outreach. The activities include planning and coordinating events, preparing/dissemination of marketing materials and monitoring the impact of the communication activities.15% Monitor industry news, competitor activities and identify/implement communication/differentiation Strategies to position CPN as a thought leader and partner of choice.10% Collaborate with the global SMT teams to increase efficiency and effectiveness of communication, including sharing best-practices10%
