Job Description:Primary Responsibilities: Planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. Budget Management, Budget Preparation, Budget supervision, Management Reports, Cash flow& amp nbsp Management. Drive financial forecasting and provide company leadership with analyses and projections to& amp nbsp influence key decision-making Participate in decision making and its implementation. Partner with the CEO and other senior leaders on operational and strategic issues as they& amp nbsp arise provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections, and& amp nbsp revenue/expense analysis. Reviews forecasts and trends in industry, sales, finance, general business conditions and other& amp nbsp related areas and makes necessary recommendations. Financial operations management Management of financial operations with the banks& amp nbsp and/promoters. Preparation and execution of the company' s policies & amp amp procedures Initiation and& amp nbsp implementation of internal procedures, including: purchasing and communications, payments to suppliers, Inventory controls, Receivable controls, Operation expenses management, etc. Manage vendor and other stakeholder relationships. Advise on contract negotiations from a financial impact perspective. Establish efficient workflows and business processes to meet the need of financial information& amp nbsp of multiple internal and external stakeholders. Team building and team development. Legal and Regulatory compliance management.
