Job Description:The successful candidate will form part of the management team and provide operational &amp amp amp strategic support to the business. Key responsibilities will include: - To lead and manage the company' s finance and accounting team - To lead day to day financial operations including: accounting, auditing, financial planning, payroll, A/P and A/R, financial controls, risk management and benefits - To oversee, direct and ensure the integrity, preparation, review, analysis and timely submission of all financial reports for management review - To elaborate statutory accounts and audit responsibility, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements - Cash flow management and coordination/ negotiations with banks - To develop and implement business plans, forecasting and budgeting, transaction structuring and tax planning - Handle and analyze margin accounting according to segments and regions - Account reconciliation and analysis of accounts, account groups and sub ledgers - Company overall operational expenses analysis, supervision and controls - Analyze reasons for deviations between target and actual figures, recommend measures for action plans - Analyze operating results, cost and performance and reporting relations - To lead and grow a team through driving achievable goals and a strong performance based culture - To ensure the parent company' s standards - Lead for company' s SAP B1 system application and maintenances
