Company Name US Based MNC Company Designation : Dealer Manager Work Experience : 7 - 15 Years Job Location : Chennai Job Purpose: Strategic business development role that focuses on identifying, qualifying, developing sales strategies and supporting the closure of new business opportunities through dealers and supporting the closure of new business opportunities. Key Roles and Responsibilities List the key roles and responsibilities of this job. 1. To drive the dealer development strategy. 2. Identify new business opportunities based upon customer profile, collect and analyze, market intelligence, including competitors information and deliveries through dealers. 3. Support regional dealers and global accounts to close the deals. 4. Fill the sales funnel for assigned region by actively targeting key client groups like A &amp amp amp D Firms, PMCs large corporate and new business opportunities through dealers. 5. Work closely with sales team members and regional dealers to develop relationships with key personnel at end users who influence buying decisions. 6. Conduct sales presentations to customers and offer product solutions that meet clients expectations. 7. Facilitate product trainings and marketing strategies to the dealers and their team members. 8. Promote and reinforce Haworths values while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Business Expertise: Describe the requirement for knowledge and expertise about how various parts of the organization work together to achieve business objectives. Explain the degree of understanding required of the industry, commercial environment and of competitors products and services. Applies in-depth understanding of industry and competitors products to deliver value to customers and the organization. Understanding of how dealership business operates and how to develop dealers to communicate your business values to the end users. Job Requirements and Qualifications: Indicate the minimum and preferred education and experience for this job and any licenses and certifications required. University degree Minimum 10 years experience in managing dealers network. Minimum of 5 Years in Furniture Industry would be preferred Demonstrated experience in identifying new and emerging opportunities, developing and implementing strategic initiatives
