Job Description:Operation Management To manage the ambulance operations (pan India) in an effective manner and to ensure 100% implementation of processes and procedures. Develop, review, and report on the 1298 divisions strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the respective state heads. Execute the responsibilities according to lawful and ethical standards. To implement, maintain and manage an effective system of controls throughout the operations, covering non-financial as well as financial controls. Report to CEO and BOD on defined timelines with detailed MIS and analysis for improvising operational efficiency of the organisation. Project Management Setting up of new project in association with different departments. Ensuring smooth start-up of the project. Coordinate with regional/operation heads to ensure the completeness of Project plan as per budget. People Management Ensure staffing is as per business plan. Ensuring level of motivation of all associated is optimum and inclined towards their job role. To build and lead an effective and cohesive operations team. Ensure requirement and employment is carried out in accordance to company procedure and in compliance with law. Establish goals and objectives for self and team and implement accordingly to help support / improve job performance. Address any staff discipline or grievance issue, maintaining appropriate records in accordance with company procedures. Relationship Management Build good relationships with the all key stakeholders to ensure continuous support on an ongoing basis. Quality Service To ensure quality of services rendered are efficient and effective and as per defined and acceptable quality standards. To check and monitor the feedback which is shared by the Quality dept and ensure satisfactory closure of the concerns raised.
