Job Description:About the Job: Traffic & amp amp SEO: Implement and manage Web analytics using Google Analytics, and other analytics tools create Web and email analytics reports on an on-going basis. Leverage social media to generate Web traffic and awareness, and meet other business and marketing objectives. Coordinate and liaise with the stakeholders including the Subject Matters Experts, and Offer Management teams to compile and track an online editorial calendar of content for online publishing. Understand and develop web-specific content, and ensure that SEO/SEM strategies are implemented in the copy and framework to provide maximum search visibility. Understand and develop sources of traffic (& amp amp the factors that influence it): email, SEO, PPC, affiliates, social media, catalogues etc. Liaise with agencies or in-house teams to implement and support campaigns. Design and code email blasts utilize email marketing platforms to manage and execute email marketing campaigns manage email distribution lists ensure email marketing best practice compliance. Investigate, evaluate and assess new ways of generating additional traffic / online orders. Produce reports to analyse the performance of all online marketing campaigns and promotions (via reports, analytics, surveys etc.). Work with the marketing teams to develop, maintain, and enhance web sites purchasing processes including tools to improve front-end website functionality. Social Media: Manage and optimize company pages on all social platforms. Build and execute social media campaigns through competitive research, platform determination, bench-marking, messaging and audience identification. Generate, edit, publish and share daily content / posts and exposure to ORM. Experience of working on various social tools like- Hootsuite, tweet deck. Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information. Collaborate with other departments to launch marketing campaigns, broadcast latest updates and manage leads. Effectively handle/address customer issues in coordination with Business teams. Manage Blog space on website ensure fresh content on latest topics and as per SEO needs. Introduce engagement tools on website, app and other platforms for customers. Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns. Analyse, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
