Job Description:Tasks: The MRM for Govt and reseller business for govt specific deals for Payment gateway will handle 2-3 states and will be responsible for all government business and business through other channel partners. He will act as subject matter expert for the state/region when it comes to Govt business for payment &amp amp amp E-commerce solutions. The incumbent will be responsible for Business volume from existing portfolio, New acquisitions, Revenue Income through AMC and integration fee, Signing up of new MSP and channel partners. This role involves techno commercial selling to corporate entities and interacting with the senior management and Key decision makers in government entities. The MRM will be supported by a central technical team for all integration related queries. This role involves both Business development and Account relationship management at a senior management level. This role involves travelling to various locations and in current form is an individual role with indirect central support team and channel partners. MAJOR ACTIVITIES New Signup from Govt Work with other bank departments like FIG, Branch,CBG, E-Net team Work on internal and external databases Liaise with risk, policy and Ops for the Go Live of the merchants New signup through Re-seller for Govt business Manage the relationship with Government department resellers for new business Identify new channel partners and sign them on Ensure the Operational aspect of on-boarding is completed Liaise with risk, policy and Ops for the Go Live of the merchants sourced through MSP AMC/Integration Fees Ensure AMC/Integration fee targets are MET both from direct Government sourcing or through MSP &amp amp amp Re-sellers Volume from portfolio ME Drive activities on existing ME for Volumes Track the growth of portfolio merchants on usage and throughput AMC collection from existing ME Requirements: EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Essential - Graduate Preferable MBA , MCA RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: Sales background, managing Corporate sales in Government segment has to be customer facing role. Experience of selling payment products or corporate lending products would be beneficial though not compulsory PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS &amp amp amp BEHAVIOURS: Strong Execution Skill Good communication ( knowledge of regional language would be important since dealing is with local Govt bodies ) Team Player Good Negotiation Skills
