Job Description:Key responsibilities Sales and Business Orientation : 1. Identify and secure business to meet and exceed revenue, volume and contribution margin targets set for the CFS and the region 2. Be accountable for the commercial targets (financial and non-financial) and work to ensure customer satisfaction with timely service delivery 3. Develop relationships with customers and providing effective end-to end win-win solutions for revenue growth, in line with strategic priorities/business changes 4. Work closely with operations and related functions ensuring cost and market leadership and to make the process effecient for customers, maximize operational effeciency 5. Timely response to and resolution of client queries, with customer retention 6. Lead data based performance/review discussions with customers/shipping lines/BCOs/CHAs/consignees etc being the face for the customer 7. Integrate sales and sales management with proper handover and onboarding with key account management in association with Customer Service 8. Align and adhere to the company policies, values and SPOs 9. Align to Safety standards and demostrate commitment Market Intelligence: 1. Regularly review the competitive scenario in the local market and be hands-on on opportunities and threats seek proactive approach to capatilize on such instances 2. Develop and maintain intimate, yet professional, relationship with customers and decision makers of cargo movements, both in-house and 3rd party 3. Work to gather insights to develop solution based services/new product lines to optimize on the business opportunities and contribute to future growth potential Key Success Factors: 1. Reach or exceed the commercial KPIs 2. Superior service delivery within commercial processes 3. Compliance with both external regulations and internal values, standards, policies and procedures 4. Timely identification and action of risks to avoid them turning into issues 5. An engaged and capable organization where HSSE is visibly prioritized 6.
