Job Description:The purpose of the role is to ensure sales and manage relationship with our Key t customers and with architects, interior designers, builders, to generate avenues for further business. Maintain and grow volume and value share. To take an active role in promoting Dorma Kaba brand with both customers & amp amp consumers. Executing activation and marketing activities Prospecting and acquisition and preparing product and service offers for the Customers. Ensuring product and service delivery as per agreements. Maintaining and monitoring key metrics to evaluate customer satisfaction. Tracking competitors and developing in-depth market intelligence and suggesting action plans. Coordinating with cross functions like supply chain and finance Responsible for developing Project Segment in the assigned region. Responsible for identification, appointment & amp amp establishment of builder merchant network. Maintaining excellent relations with architects, interior designers, builders, to generate avenues for further business. Planning strategies for attainment of periodical targets with a view to optimise revenue by meeting Architects, Builders, Contractors etc. Liasioning with the client, targeted Retail & amp amp project customer,and promoting the company product line to achieve the sales target for the company. Project costing and presentations to architects, client to improve our brand imaging and product profile. Responsible to generate sales in the assigned territory of the respective business segment vertical / channel and be accountable for the overall performance of the assigned geography. Plan and implement comprehensive sales plan for the assigned territory that would contribute towards revenue and profit achievements Responsible to establish and build sustainable relationships with DORMA customers and partners Ensure effective utilization of CRM tool Responsible to work in close coordination with marketing team with regards to promotion, product launches, etc. Provide market and competitor information to Territory Manager, Country Sales Manager & amp amp Marketing team Conduct business in line with applicable laws and regulations, as well as with global and local policies & amp amp procedures and the companys code of conduct Responsible to generate opportunities for cross divisional sales.
