Job Description:Deliver the implementation of sales programs/events for attracting clients, including the sales launch Maintaining relationship with Channel Partners and Sourced Clients for new business opportunities. Managing Channel Sales. Identifying potential channel partners and empaneling them for residential sales. Developing channel partner relationships to maximize growth and revenues. Identifying potential channel partners and empaneling them for residential sales. Developing channel partner relationships to maximize growth and revenues. Leading and motivating a team of sales executives Create and constantly build and refine prospect database based on inputs from the various channels Drive and encourage initiatives to implement a performance oriented, innovative and quality and customer oriented work environment Recommend techniques to increase the number of qualified inquiries who respond to the company' s promotional efforts Provide guidance to sales agents for sales process, including site visits and managing customer experience To ensure that the service delivery to customers and prospects is of excellent quality and within predefined SLAs Oversee sales transaction and verify the completion of all paperwork prior to handover to Sales coordinator and back office Manage customization requests from the customers and coordinate with Projects team for the same and record the approved customizations in the allotment letter Maximizing the targeted gross contribution both in value and percentage for allocated projects Daily/ weekly/ fortnightly/ monthly reporting of Sales analytics and MIS to enable management decisions
