Job Description:Help in assisting & implementing in HR, IR and Admin policies in line with company standards. Help in implementing staff & Worker welfare schemes & welfare activities. Ensuring welfare amenities as laid down in Factories Act & rules. Should be able to impart such training as Health & Safety, Chemical Handling, First Aid & Fire Training/Fire Drill/ ESI & PF related, Code of conduct etc. Liaison with government / semi govt. authorities /local bodies. Involve in Statutory as well as social compliance. Organizing Various Committee meeting like Grievance Committee, Works Committee and Canteen Committee, Sexual Harassment Prevention Committee. To generate meaningful reports and other MIS To assist Unit Head and other departmental heads in recruitment, Payroll, PMS, Training & Development etc. in accordance with company standards. To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
