Job Description:Accounts Executive: Key Responsibilities: 1) Accounting & amp amp Book keeping. 2) Maintaining of day to day cash book. 3) Accounts payables & amp amp receivable procedures. 4) Day to day expenses and vouchers preparation. 5) Involved in day to day cash & amp amp bank operations. 6) Handling general ledger and posting entry, monthly closing- Trial & amp amp P& amp amp L. 7) Maintaining of all receipts and payments of daily transactions. 8) Processing credit/ debit note. Required Skills: 1) Basic accounting knowledge. 2) Basics of Tally ERP9. 3) Should be computer savvy. Compliance Executive: Key Responsibilities: 1)To handle the complete Authorized Person registration process in all exchanges. 2)To prepare various pages & amp amp documents required for Authorized Person registrar. 3)Coordinating with branches regarding all Authorized Person registration process. 4)To co-ordinate with all exchanges regarding Authorized Person registration & amp amp cancellation processes. 5)Coordinate with Head office for process related to Authorized Person registration. 6)Maintaining complete Authorized Person date. 7)Proper filling of all Authorized Person documents. 8)To remain updated about all the compliance requirements for Authorized Person registration of individual partnership firms & amp amp corporate. 9)Maintain proper communication with all the branches regarding proper compliance & amp amp related requirements. 10)Managing & amp amp supervising compliance related to all Authorized Person Required Skills: 1) Basic Legal Knowledge. 2) Should be able to draft & amp amp maintain various agreements & amp amp legal papers. 3) To have knowledge of exchanges & amp amp their softwares. Help Desk Executive: Key Responsibilities: 1)Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically. 2)Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues. 3)Research questions using available information resources. 4)Advise user on appropriate action. 5)Follow standard help desk procedures. 6)Log all help desk interactions. 7)Administer help desk software. 8)Redirect problems to correct resource. 9)Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention. 10)Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions. 11)Prepare activity reports. 12)Inform management of recurring problems. 13)Stay current with system information, changes and updates. Required Skills: 1) Should have good communication as well as written skills. RMS- Admin Executive: Key Responsibilities: 1)Handling existing clients queries related to account opening effectively. 2)Regularly update and retrieve data. Also, will be required to maintain back-up. Required Skills: 1)Good Computer knowledge & amp amp MS Excel. 2)Good communication skill.
