He/she will be responsible for services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff reports to the CEO and serves on the executive management team and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues. Duties &amp amp amp Responsibilities : Leading Talent Strategy team, and overall HR functions to ensure leading with the best possible choices for our people while maintaining excellence in Talent Strategy execution and operations. Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the companys strategic vision. Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business objectives. Act as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit or specialty group regarding key organizational and management issues. Working with the organizations management team, establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the company. Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR functions performance and ensure that we are leading and executing our efforts in creating and nurturing the best place to work, and that our people are growing, thriving, and maximizing their careers all while ensuring our Talent strategy works in lockstep with our business strategy. Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labor relations. Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions analyzing information and applications. Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines communicating and enforcing organization values. Complies with local labour regulations of state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation anticipating legislation enforcing adherence to requirements advising management on needed actions.&amp quot
