Job Description:Responsible for handling the customers inquiry and coordination with Sales team. Handling calls, collecting and updating the database. Handful knowledge in MS Office and other Basics of computer. Knowledge of telephone consoles and related equipment. Ability to interact and communicate with people over the telephone. Handling In and Out Bound calls Responding to queries of customers and give timely support when requested. Will be responsible for credit checks. Fixing the appointments as per the convenience of the customer. Verifying customer details. Following up the customer as per the data time to time and fixing more visits on weekends. Preparing Report on visits and call tracks on daily basis, and send Daily report to Management. Client Relationship Management. Good communication skill.
