Job Description:- The KAE reports to the Account Manager functionally & amp amp Administratively to Zonal Sales Head . - He works in tandem with other functions viz.-Ops, Finance,Supply Chain, Sales & amp amp branches. - He would also assist the Account Manager in handling the account portfolio. He would also independently manage Implement and administer sales systems, reporting, distributor policies, stock norms, application of credit and discounts, billing and collections . - He will be primarily responsible for smooth operations/execution in the account. He is responsible for customer management, sales growth & amp amp market share of for the account. - Promotional evaluation, customer point of sale information analysis and tracking of key initiatives in the ACCOUNT. - One of the key deliverables for the KAE shall be to leverage his understanding of the retailers /customers and their ways of working would be critical to drive Customer Delight. - Strong Costings and price negotiation skills - Working on Time and Action plans is a must - Gathering Market Intelligence - Having strong Result and Customer oriented mindset.
