Job Description:Position: Senior Office HR Experience: 4 to 7 Years Qualification: MBA/MSW HR DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE: & amp nbsp 1.Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) 2.Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc) 3.Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc) 4.Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff across the organization. Recruitment: 1.Designing and implementing overall recruiting strategy, Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications. 2.Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, Job portals and Manpower agents.Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule and processing their offer letter by negotiating their salary. 3.On-boarding new employees in order to become fully integrated. Training and Development: 4.Identifying training and development needs within the organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers, Designing and expanding training and development programs based on the needs of the organisation and the individual. 5.Considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development program is becoming increasingly important. 6.Developing effective induction programs.
