Job Description:Summary 1.The job responsibilities will include review and preparation of General Administration procedures manuals, drafting of applications for GA and Management support. 2.Ensure high standards of effective coordination with all business units / groups / internal departments for wide range of administrative service and support requirements. 3.Secure adherence to companys policies and guidelines. Responsibility and Duties 1.Preparing / Review of Procedure Manuals a)Drafting procedure manuals and administrative policies b)Training programs c)Research and Analysis i.e. performing gap analysis between HO policies and local guidelines 2.Drafting of Applications / Agreements / Letters 3.Compliance of General Admin control & amp amp record books 4.Management Support (whenever required) Travel arrangements, arranging meetings, handle external communications etc 5.Vendor Management and Warehouse Management. 6.Manage the audit function and other quality assurance systems. 7.Oversee the preparation, analysis, negotiations, and review of contracts related to supplies, products and services. 8.Manage daily office operations and oversee office standard operating procedures. Qualification: Full time Graduation / Post Graduation from a reputed institute. Other Essentials : Excellent knowledge in working on MS Office products like Word , Powerpoint , Excel. Should have good presentation skills.
