He/she will communicate with the vendors and other technicians in case there is a problem with the systems and equipment' s in the branch. Shall train existing and new staff in the branch. He/She will evaluate the capability of the staff on the basis of their performance and experience and suggests training programs to improve their efficiency. Shall ensure operations are conducted in accordance with established Company policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and audit standards. Provides suggestions for improving effectiveness.& amp nbsp Promotes branch business development and seeks to broaden customer base. Actively cross sells Company products and services. Completes required reports and records and ensures that branch functions are properly documented. Shall be responsible for the orientation of new employees and staff training sessions. Ensures personnel are well trained in all phases of their respective jobs. Performs cross training as necessary. Ensures customers are informed of Company services, products, and policies. Cross sells products and services. Building relationship with the clients for expanding the business. Initiating sales activities. Attending the weekly review meeting at HO.& amp nbsp SKILLS Strong interpersonal and communication skills.& amp nbsp Well organized. Able to operate related computer applications and basic business equipment.& amp nbsp Good marketing skills.& amp nbsp Good supervisory abilities. Excellent organizational, leadership, problem solving, customer service, and multitasking skills. Knowledge of finance, accounts, consumer behavior and market research along with proficiency in various utility applications such as MS Office Suite, internet, database management systems, etc. is also beneficial.
