Job Description:The Consultant will be responsible for driving the recruiting process, present qualified candidates to the hiring managers and ensure a positive experience for the candidates as they move through this process. Will also drive business commitments such as service level agreements (SLAs), compliance, diversity and quality. Will be proactive in partnering with the sourcing team to identify the most qualified candidates for client openings and having the ability to operate collaboratively with recruitment support. This is an individual contributor position but must also act as a positive and contributing team member. To be experienced in recruitments in industry (Banking &amp amp amp Finance/ Shared Services Domain) Responsibilities: Maintains accountability for the entire recruiting process as defined by the client&amp amp nbsp Primary interface with the hiring managers, human resources team and other key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction&amp amp nbsp Consults with hiring manager and follows recruitment processes to achieve SLAs/metrics&amp amp nbsp Leads initial consultations with hiring managers on requisition definition and potential sourcing strategies&amp amp nbsp Own sourcing strategy and provide appropriate direction for the sourcing team&amp amp nbsp Effectively screens and counsels internal applicants and manages the internal applicant process&amp amp nbsp Accountable for meeting all hiring targets&amp amp nbsp Continuously closes qualified candidates and works to drive offer acceptance&amp amp nbsp Leads the candidate through the hiring process to ensure a positive experience and coaches each candidate appropriately at every stage of the process&amp amp nbsp Screens, presents and sells qualified candidates to hiring managers&amp amp nbsp Ensures process accuracy/compliance with legal and client regulations&amp amp nbsp Develops expertise in understanding the clients business operations and staffing needs&amp amp nbsp Manages hiring managers expectations appropriately&amp amp nbsp Creates compliant and impactful postings&amp amp nbsp Networks within client organization and local communities to generate referrals and source qualified candidates as needed
