Job Description:Develop innovative business plans and sales strategies for vertical markets Set up new distribution partners resulting in new sales. Developed growth plans by identifying key clients, key targets Identified issues with existing business practices Managed budget forecasting, goal setting and performance reporting for all accounts Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties. Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes. Develop a new international territory. Effectively manage the areas of Operations, Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing and Focus on resource optimization and marketing strategies to achieve maximum output. Work with the Vice President &amp amp amp President as a member of the Executive Team on identifying and developing new business Serve as a key member of the executive team that establishes the company' s strategic direction. Spearhead business development initiatives that are consistent with the company' s overall strategy. Develop and manage strategic partnerships and optimize revenue growth.
