Job Description:Role Purpose -& amp nbsp Plan and co-ordinate organisations workforce to best use employees talent. Key Accountabilities- -Stakeholder management at all levels of the organisation. -The Role is expected to work alongside other team-members. -Handle all the administrative tasks such as official& amp nbsp & amp nbsp & amp nbsp documentation, send replies to official emails and posts. -Responsible for the organising all company related documents& amp nbsp & amp nbsp & amp nbsp (Microsoft- one drive) -Bookkeeping, generating monthly payslips, and estimating company expenses. -Helping company with recruitment process such as shortlisting& amp nbsp & amp nbsp & amp nbsp candidates, writing emails to potential candidates and report to the director. -Have at least one meeting with companys CA (Charted Accountant) on a monthly basis. -Regularly check employees progress of Trello Board and& amp nbsp & amp nbsp & amp nbsp maintain the workforce within the company. Any irregularities in work should be reported to the director. -Maintain employees attendance and leaves record on a daily& amp nbsp & amp nbsp & amp nbsp & amp nbsp basis. -Regularly check HR.my account and keep a track of leaves. -MUST know about the companys agenda, products and services. -MUST grow your knowledge in the field of data science and get familiar with data science keywords. -MUST know about software tools and services that are being used within the company. -Keep an update on clients and on-going projects. -Assign document related tasks to the office assistant. -Collect monthly assessment from all employees on due date.
