Job Description:- 5+Yrs of experience Primary skill : Technical with 4+yrs of relevant exp on HCM modules - Core HR, Payroll and OAB. - Should have worked on Implementations / Upgrades / Maintenance Projects. - Talent Management and Absence Management would add lot of value for the upcoming fusion implementations - Should have at least 5 years of Work Experience in HR domain - Strong Technical Skills on EBS HRMS on R12 - Core HR, Payroll and OAB. - Knowledge about recruitment, onboarding, compensation and performance management will be added advantage. - Worked on integrations projects for SAAS to On-Premise, SAAS to SAAS, Within On-Premise - Good knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL - Well versed with HRMS concepts. - Should be able to drive Support, Implementations and Upgrades if required. - Should have good communication skills and experience in Stake Holder Management and Customer Communication. - Should be equipped with Global Implementation / Upgrade / Support experiences. - Good Knowledge on HRMS Landscape (Core HR, OAB, Payroll ) - Knowledge on Business Processes with good exposure to AIM & amp amp OUM Methodology of Execution. - Should be well versed with Agile, Scrum way of project execution. - Should be able to handle and support the teams. - Should show ease in communication and ready to go an extra mile to achieve customer and organizational objectives.
