Plan and chart out the Organizational structure and decision making hierarchy. Plan and forecast the man power requirement and prepare plan for recruitment and selection.. Identification of training needs (functional / Knowledge/behavioral) and coordination of training delivery programmes and evaluation of its effectiveness. Formulation of Performance Management System (PMS) and link the performance to career plan of individual. Ensuring and inculcating the sense of discipline at work place. Redressal of employee grievances. Ensuring the statutory compliances(Domestic & amp amp Foreign) like Factories Act, PF, ESI, Bonus, Minimum wages, payment of wages Act etc.. Smooth administration of monthly wages & amp amp salaries and minimize the salary arrears. Ensuring proper record of employee attendance leaves, over time, absenteeism, early departures, late arrivals etc. Update and up keep of employees records. Ensuring security and safety of man and material. Provide administrative support to all the employees in respect of security, transport, kitchen & amp amp guesthouse, house-keeping and landscaping and reception etc.
