Job Description:The Role If you are looking to be responsible for management of business projects initiated by the Lead Performance and Capability including analysing and reporting, then the role of Associate People &amp amp amp Performance is the perfect fit for you. As part of the role, you will be responsible for business performance reporting across Risk Hub India including providing the inputs for the Monthly RHI Dashboard to the Management Team Attrition, Talent and other MI. The role also includes provision of support to manage the delivery of rewards and recognition and career development framework for RHI. The individual will have to support People Lead on executing and managing people related initiatives ranging from rewards and recognition, pay and performance planning, career development, Training MI and employee engagement activities. The role holder will be required to work closely with the People and Performance Lead to drive the T-Bar objectives for the year. What the Business Does The role of Associate People &amp amp amp Performance is based in the Lead Performance and Capability department. If you are applying for this role, you will report to the AVP. Your Responsibilities As Associate People &amp amp amp Performance, your responsibilities include: Learning Need Analysis Support for behavioural and technical training needs assessment for RHI Act as secondary contact for Lead People and performance Co-ordinate all inputs and the production of monthly board packs and support the People Lead and Performance in meetings tracking actionable and supporting in delivery Stakeholder Engagement and Visit Management Provide support on specific people related concerns to RHI employees by working closely with the HR team Back up for Team Lead People &amp amp amp Performance for critical activities Support any ongoing requests for data / reports / analysis related to people agenda delivery Streamlining of CDF framework Update the JDs of the existing and new roles with the support of the SPOCS identified within various teams Reviewing MI, identifying hotspots, shaping the analysis into meaningful insight, making recommendations to the business to mitigate engagement risks through action planning that ensures the, engagement and retention of the best staff across the division Support in creating and rolling out the RHI specific learning calendar for the year Participate in people related projects like migration of systems or processes End to End management of creating Valued employees sessions (Visitors sessions and career Diaries), Data management and coordination for rooms and invitations to be shared with the participants and the speaker Manage the delivery of rewards and recognition process Automation Identification of processes within People and Performance which ca be automated. End to end delivery of the process automation with the support of OE team Driving the RHI Talent Management program, supporting discussions on succession planning and career paths Supporting delivery of the Campus Hiring and Risk Trainee program Drive Employee engagement activities from CSR agenda of RBS India Drive analysis of people related data headcount, attrition Generate innovative ideas and help implement new approaches to current projects across the team Comply with Our Code, all RBS policies, How we manage RBS, and if applicable How we manage our Business, and deliver against all relevant statutory, regulatory, supervisory and legal obligations Proactive identification and effective management and/or escalation of conduct risk to deliver key customer outcomes Three Lines of Defence Risk Management Own and develop the risk and control mechanisms for the business to use to discharge its responsibilities, independently overseeing and challenging effective management of risks and controls within agreed risk appetites Provide expert support, advice, management information and escalation to leaders and the business on risk management This role also has standard accountabilities for management &amp amp amp supervision within their own department Skills you need Any Bachelor or Masters degree 5 to 6 years of relevant work experience preferably in a global financial services organization Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence a wide spectrum of peers,subordinates and management alike Ability to identify key issues, opportunities and effectively communicate their implications to Senior Management and the regions/corporate Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, deliver against tight timescales and to the highest standards Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs Skilled in MS Office Especially Ms-Excel Adopts a proactive approach with the ability to work on own initiative Be creative and innovative Must delivery in sync with Our Standards
