Job Description:Qualifications Masters in Commerce or Business Administration or at least a Bachelors degree in Finance / Accounting Experience of 8 plus years with 1 to 3 years in leading a team of 10-15 members in a multinational Shared Services environment Exposure to managing global clients Outstanding attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines Who you will work with You will work as a member of Global Shared Services team, which is part of the Companys global support network. Role You will play a vital role in managing Time Sheet and Expense Audit process for various global offices. The ideal candidate will help determine the strategy for continuous improvement projects without compromising on controls and compliance. What you will do: You will be responsible for a variety of activities related to Expense Reimbursements, Time sheet process and primarily supervising a team of 10-15 members to ensure timely auditing of Expense Reports and closing Time Sheets. In this role, you will hold accountability for achieving operational targets agreed with offices and regional CFOs by adhering to compliance with policies and procedures, operational excellence, etc. You will have to regularly analyze the process, identify improvement areas, and recommend new ideas to improve the overall process and thereby improving the customer satisfaction. You will be an effective team player and work along with other teams to achieve the common goals of the Firm. You will be partnering with functional leadership to identify issues, gather necessary information, use the right information for solving problems, and come up with practical solutions. You will be responsible for assessing the team members performance objectively, ensure to identify the training needs, and organize appropriate training to people. You will have to regularly provide constructive feedback to members on their performances. Also, you will have to resolve conflicts between members effectively and efficiently. You will facilitate and impart functional training for team members. Ensure policy changes, business process documentations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are updated regularly. You will communicate, enforce, and ensure complete adherence to Firms policies and guidelines from the members.
