The incumbent will also provide administrative and research support for the Business Development pipeline in the US office Responsibilities: Maintain project setup pipeline and tracking file for new client ramp up Assist in developing, creating and/or programming forms in internal system (Apollo) for new programs assist with additional change requests from client as needed Prepare/import template files Create client demonstration sites in Apollo using template develop client site from initial demonstration to live client form&amp nbsp Assist with RFPs and RFIs Assist with client presentation preparation researching and creating relevant screen shots for specific industry/client Maintain awareness of trends and events with client industries and corporate environments create calendar/tracking for business development needs Position will be trained in Apollo, form certification, Rulez basics, and Theme Commander. Other duties as assigned. Associated Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required: Bachelors degree or a combination of education and at least one year of work experience in a customer service/administrative setting.&amp nbsp Competency Skills:&amp nbsp Ability to manage time and resources effectively within a deadline-driven environment Adaptability the individual adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands, and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events Ability to interact effectively within all levels of the organization Ability to work in a team environment and accept direction on given assignments, but work independently on assigned tasks Ability to use sound judgement and handle confidential information in a professional manner Strong verbal and written communication skills required ability to work with diverse individuals by phone, in person, or through electronic communication means Ability to listen, ask for clarification, and accept feedback Willingness to cross-train in other departments as business needs require Reports to Director of Client Services/Data Quality Manager Industry Market Research / Advertising / KPO/ BPO CTC offered Min 3.0 Lacs Max 3.60 Lacs.
