Job Description:Candidate should have 4-8 years experience in Digital Marketing (with minimum 2 yrs in a MNC) Job Description: Strengthen brand &amp product folios through scientifically targeting focused consumer segments on digital and developing formidable marketing propositions to enhance consumer experience and extract maximum possible value from each focus segment. Generate substantial pull to support short term &amp long term business targets of e-commerce &amp offline channels by devising digital marketing calendars for the brand &amp all focus product categories, developing suitable initiatives &amp campaigns, and optimizing investments to deliver maximum possible ROI. Leverage all digital vehicles including Web, Mobile, Voice, Search (SEO + SEM), Social, On-line advertising, PR, On-line Reputation Management, Influencers, Review Forums, Marketplaces, Digital Aggregators, etc. to strengthen top-line &amp bottom-line. Implement full proof processes &amp evaluation matrix to support development, implementation &amp measurement of digital marketing activities in a timebound &amp cost effective manner including but not limited to website management, digital media planning &amp buying, digital asset performance matrix, media spend evaluation matrix, etc. Develop pool of digital agencies, service providers, technology vendors &amp manage their operations by defining deliverables, KPIs, targets, contract terms, SLAs, etc. Prepare project briefings for agencies, evaluate agency proposals, and provide credible inputs at every stage to deliver high quality outcome in a time bound manner. Co-work with the respective internal &amp external stakeholders to develop necessary content &amp inputs for creation of digital assets/services, development of required communication material, media planning, etc. Manage digital assets including company website, social media channels, marketplace brand store/pages, etc. through direct involvement or agency support system. Contribute in development &amp implementation of the strategic digital projects targeted to long term capability building. Expected professional experience &amp skill sets: Must have strong command over English language especially on formal writing. Should have strong communication skills. Must have minimum 2-year marketing experience in a multinational organization. Must have minimum 3-year digital marketing experience at corporate level. Must have knowledge &amp experience of credible digital planning &amp measurement tools covering digital media planning &amp evaluation, search engine marketing, search engine optimization, social media, on-line reputation management, website performance measurement, etc. Exposure to Category Management/ Brand Portfolio Management assignments will be preferred. Exposure to long term digital infrastructure building projects will be an added advantage.
