Job Description:Candidate should be a core professional in sales &amp amp amp tendering from well known reputed engineering company with ability to handle independently entire process of preparing and finalizing a tender till submission. Identify key customer and their requirement in line with Organizations marketing Policy Estimation and costing and tendering works of various projects, preparation . Budgeting of Tender Documents, and Preparation / evaluating Quotation of Work Orders &amp amp amp Contracts. Reading and interpreting drawings Able to handle tendering proposal, Bill of material, techno commercial documentation and cost estimation. Will be responsible for Project Tendering independently, Liasioning with agents / clients. Also able to handle enquires from other LE mainly IC . Also able to handle direct third part enquiries. Will also be responsible for costing and estimation of daily enquiries and tenders, filling up and submission of tenders in time Preparation of technical offer in line with the tender specs Study and understand customer' s requirement / specs &amp amp amp prepare comments Issue RFQ for buyout items &amp amp amp co-ordinate with Advance Procurement getting the quote in line with the specs/ deviations if any Co- ordinate with Engineering, Quality, Procurement &amp amp amp Manufacturing for clarifications on the specs. Get cost details from costing / operations, not available in the cost tool Prepare detail cost for complete tender Submit the technical and commercial offer to customer Attend commercial meeting with client , Attend technical meeting with the customer to close the open points On receipt of PO , review PO and ensure to close open points .Prepare OED technical part as based on agreed technical offer. Attend the KOM and close all the open technical points raised on the OED Pay courtesy visit to client , as and when needed . Able to handle complete sales activity
