Job Description:Excellent communication skills. Email support on orders for international E-commerce Captive Centre No Third Party Professionally and courteously respond to all customer emails/cases/calls within set benchmarks to provide great customer experience. Liaise with Brand suppliers/partners, vendors if required to expedite the queries/returns management process. Ensure minimum market place escalation and negative/neutral feedbacks post working on the threads. To improve TAT/Lag time in responding to customers and ensure that customers are responded to in timely intervals. To ensure the best financial decision is taken on a customer case and memos are created on time and updated correctly. Comply with SOP' s, while addressing a customer case. Actively seeking solutions to customer needs, communicating trends to leadership, and suggesting innovative solutions on behalf of the customer experience.
