Job Description:Job Profile: 1.Handling of TDS , GST , PF , ESI matters . 2.Finalization of Books of Accounts and ensure their completion well within time. 3.Manage Payroll. 4. Ensure an accurate and timely payment of all Vendors, Utility Bills etc. 5. Ensure the timely reporting of all Daily, Weekly and Monthly MIS. 6. Debtor management and coordination with team leaders for invoicing. 7. Handling various reconciliations. 8. Monitor and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy. 9. Respond to enquiries from various Department Managers regarding financial results, special reporting requests. 10. Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department.
