Job Description:Tier 2 application support for Clinical applications Gain technical knowledge to support multiple, business-critical applications. Receive and action incident, request and problem tickets submitted via the IT Service Desk. Troubleshoot user and system issues affecting application functionality work collaboratively with other functional areas in IT to resolve issues. Participate in 24 x7 on-call rotation for high-priority incidents. Meet or exceed client service levels. Monitor system usage, capacity and performance. Install, configure, maintain and ensure high availability of Clinical applications. Research and propose solutions to enhance uptime, efficiency and recoverability of systems. Document IT systems and procedures. Cross-train team members on troubleshooting and maintenance procedures. Provide monthly support and usage metrics. Meet corporate standards for quality, training and time tracking.
