Job Description:Dear Candidates, Greetings, Looking for Branch Manager to lead the growth of banks business at the branch level through business development, smooth flow of banking operations and transactions, revenue generation, profit maximization, cost management and customer acquisition and retention Unique Job Role - Branch Manager Function - Retail Banking Reporting Authority - Area Head Premier Banking Reviewing Authority - State Head Premier Banking Salary - 12 LPA For Mumbai Location& amp nbsp Salary - 16 LPA for Pune Location Location- Mumbai / Pune& amp nbsp Overall Branch Management - 1.Ensure overall branch profitability and performance against defined financial metrics in the branch scorecard 2.Ensure proper distribution of functional responsibilities with clear allocation of authority to Branch Operations Executive, Officers and Teller staff keeping in view their abilities, performance and past experience, work load etc. 3.Manage Public Relations & amp amp liaison with authorities for day to day branch working and reporting 4.Oversee maintenance of overall branch ambience as per Head Office/ Zonal Office guidelines 5.Ensure that Banks policies, guidelines as well as systems & amp amp procedures are followed at the Branch 6.Monitor, control & amp amp minimize all types of expenses in the Branch such as telephone, consumption of stationery, computer consumables, electricity and other overheads without sacrificing quality Business Development - 1.Develop and lead sales, marketing, and business development plan for branch 2.Ensure implementation of growth strategies to generate sales across core banking products including loans, current and savings accounts, term deposits and third party products 3.Develop the business prospects in the branch vicinity by scouting for avenues to expand advances portfolio qualitatively & amp amp quantitatively Customer Service & amp amp Operations - 1.Manage relationships with key Bank customers and prospective high net worth customers 2.Support the Branch Operations Executive in ensuring exceptional customer service to customers and proactively selling of bank products based on the customer needs 3.Ensure quick resolution of customer issues which are escalated by the Branch staff and take required action 4.Manage cases of branch personnel not adhering to customer service guidelines (such as telephone discipline, standard procedures etc.) 5.Monitor customer service related key performance indicators such as customer wait time and customer migration& amp nbsp People Management - 1.Oversee handling of all staff matters such as maintaining staff files, staff sundry advances, income tax deductions, sanction of leave, leave record management etc. 2.Ensure that all employees are given adequate exposure in various areas in the branch through appropriate job rotation programs 3.Coach and mentor employees to improve their performance and enhance productivity 4.Ensure that all members of the Branch staff are up to date on all relevant circulars and all products 5.Ensure timely completion of the Performance Appraisal process for all employees in the branch Expectation -& amp nbsp - Should have Minimum 5 year of Experience as Branch Manager& amp nbsp - Should have handled the business of minimum 50 cr. -Relevant Experience Minimum 10+ years of experience in core banking sales with good knowledge of banking products and regulatory requirements in banking. - Good Team Handling Skills
