Job Description:Purpose of this Position : Identify /work IT/ITES accounts like Software / IT Hardware companies / BPO / KPO/ IT enabled services etc. Target to acquire 100% wallet share of the account. Develop account plans and strategies to win, work with Hub Director &amp amp amp Vertical Head to execute the customer wise plans and meet the monthly &amp amp amp annual new sales targets. Job Summary: 1. Identify / work IT/ITES accounts Software / IT Hardware companies / BPO / KPO/ IT enabled services etc etc 2. Develop Major Prospect list Quarter wise &amp amp amp develop account plans in the IT/ITES vertical 3. Strategize with internal &amp amp amp external stake holders and finalize account plans 4. Develop relationship &amp amp amp rapport with major &amp amp amp key prospects / Identified in the vertical across the country 5. Demonstrate leadership by engaging at various CXO levels, buying centers and across product lines i.e. MSS, FM &amp amp amp ESS. Build relationship and rapport building with CXO level. 6. SFDC - Regular, timely, accurate and comprehensive updation of all required data. DQS Score &amp amp gt 90%. 7. Pipeline must be 5 times the required revenue target (accuracy 100%) 8. Monthly Movement of opportunity in pipeline 9. Contact updating (100% of accounts) with 25% C Level
