Job Description:Responsibilities: I. Top-line Achievement of assigned Area: Achieve business targets w.r.t. Secondary & amp amp Primary Sales. II. Business Development: Responsible for developing and expanding Sales & amp amp Profitability of the company in the assigned area. III. People Management: Motivate and lead the team of Area Sales Executives (ASEs), Territory Sales Officers (TSOs), Territory Sales Incharge (TSIs) to ensure achievement of Sales & amp amp Infrastructure targets. IV. Channel Management: Build up, manage and support distributor network in the markets V. Infrastructure Development to ensure the following: a) Infra in line with plans, w.r.t. Direct & amp amp Indirect Outlets Coverage, b) Field Force Efficiency, i.e. achievement of desired Coverage, Callage, Productivity, TLSD & amp amp Mandays, c) Stock Management at depots & amp amp Distributors/Super Stockists/Sub-Stockists, d) Credit Control, e) Damage/Expiry Control, f) Attrition & amp amp g) Forecast Accuracy VI. Monitoring & amp amp Analyzing performance of sales team in Sales Achievement / Development Initiatives. VII. T& amp amp D: Recruitment, Training & amp amp Development & amp amp Retention of Field Force, to achieve organization goals. Required Skills: i) Should have work experience in Sales of FMCG products ii) Experience in industries like Personal Care, Skin Care, iii) Non-Food FMCG companies would be preferred iv) Should have handled teams v) Open to travel vi) Ability to motivate and develop strategic relationships (both internal and external) Reporting to : RSM H.Q. : Bhiwandi (Mumbai)
