Job Description:1 Roles & amp amp Responsibilities Provide superior technical support and service to the partner/agent/Bus operator/ Partners Interface with the field and service organizations and directly with the partner base on critical escalations and call resolution Manage the support team, work with functional/partner staff, technical support teams and support professionals toward goal of delivering and supporting systems in a timely, cost-effective and responsive manner. Ability to lead operational initiatives to meet or exceed partner service standards and expectations in assigned unit(s) and/or across multiple areas in a timely and respectful manner. Design, develop, and implement processes, systems, and technology to support and enhance the technical support function, including workflow and incident management Develop and implement practices that measure the effectiveness and performance of the Technical Support Function Work with Development engineering team to implement formal feedback mechanisms for incidents, causes, and resolutions Skills required: 1.Hands on with SQL and other Database skills 2.MS Office Excel / PPT/ Word 3.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both (written and verbal communication). 4.Good aptitude. Experience Required: 1.Technical computer skills as required for technical support specific to functional area and related systems. 2.Desired Prior working experience in technical 3.Education background - BCA/B.E/B.Tech 4.Team management experience 5.Experience on Vendor support/ Product/Merchant support in an e-com industry is a plus. 6.Should have hands on experience handling in-bound call centre for L1. 7.Exposure to key metrics, FTR and has exposure to Partnership oriented support.
