Taking localized initiatives to improve sales & amp amp merchandising. Annual sales forecasting & amp amp budgeting. Control of unsalable stocks.& amp nbsp Motivation and training of distributor sales team. Managing credit control and payments as per company norm. Tracking competition activities and reporting to the company. Opening new markets / unrepresented areas. Maintaining proper records for sales, distribution, claims and other business data. Report & amp amp Feedback of the entire business and suggesting ways of improving it.
