Project 3 Description:

Investment Banking Algorithmic Trading Management System is a project aimed at coming up with an efficient tool for managing the information flow between the traders and market data providers. (Team size = 10 people)

 

Accountabilities:

  • Closely working with the technical team and investment bankers to come up with business solutions, as per client’s requirements.
  • Participated in requirements gathering and performed various enterprise analysis techniques to come up with proper requirements.
  • Created the Business Requirements Document (BRD) and Functional Requirement Document (FRD).
  • Contributed in creating the prototypes and used them for demonstration purposes.
  • Tracking the requirements in Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) as per project manager’s instructions.

  • Closely working with the technical team on customizations, as per the client’s requirement.

  • Assisted the Senior Business Analyst during the Risk Analysis phase.
  • Incorporated data science and analytics to look into datasets provided by Metlife during the requirement analysis

Project 1 Description:

Designing a Point of Sale (POS) Management System for our client, McDonald’s for the Czech Republic and Slovakia market. The project aimed at creating a Point of Sale (POS) graphical user interface integrated with their new propriety RFM2 application, replacing the older RFM1 application based POS management system. The POS system was deployed in almost 180 stores, incorporating customizations specific to each store. (Team size = 15)

 

Accountabilities:

  • Assisted during the GAP Analysis as well as the Document Analysis for the client’s existing business process.
  • Involved in drafting the business requirements and functional requirements documents for the proposed POS management system and drew the use-case and activity diagrams for the proposed application.
  • Used analytics to gather insights regarding the older RFM1 based POS management system and managed to remove functionalities and customizations which were not much in use, thus saving a lot of time, money and resources for our client, McDonald’s.
  • Imparted the knowledge on prototypes to the development team.
  • Acted as a single point of contact between the client and the technical team throughout the development process.
  • Driven the client during the UAT
