Job Description:Inputting of Transaction in the branch for the relevant functions as per laid down pro-cess and reporting any deviations and getting the same ratified by seniors. Timely adopting the process changes and refinements along with system enhance-ments, if any. Flawless transaction processing within the allotted time lines. Ensure NIL customer complaints. Understand the system logic and timely submission of all control Statements. Suspense Account monitoring and NIL Exceptions with daily reporting. Reconciliation of RBI/Clearing Nostro Account, if any. To ascertain the correctness of transactions executed by various departments within Wholesale Banking Operations vide report checking mode, cross-verification of Credit and Debit vouchers with relevant control return statements viz. BA reports, ST re-ports etc that are generated from the core systems/applications. Call back of reports/transactions within the specified cut-offs as per stipulated guide-lines. Alertness and vigilance on the type of transaction, conduct due validation, identifica-tion of miss-out/wrong posting of transactions, reporting exceptions to Seniors etc. Effective call back is necessary to minimize errors and to avoid customer complaints.
