Job Description:Overall development of the Zone (Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan, J& amp amp K, Uttaranchal). Must have prior working experience in North zone and Northern states To achieve assigned region business objective/Target (sales, collection, growth) through the team of RSMs, ASMs & amp amp SOs. To conduct business development orientation programme and impart regular training to the team members of Zone. Monitoring the Sales and Inventory of every H.Q. at every month. Monitoring the Customers Coverage by the Sales Team at every month. Monitoring the Strategy implementation by the field force. Monitoring the Depot/ (C & amp amp F) administration, sales forecasting, proper indenting and redistribution. Monitoring & amp amp review of Sales Team members activities & amp amp business. To develop healthy business relations with business partners. Fieldwork in the entire zone to identify new markets and opportunities. Scrutinize and appoint competent parties as new stockiest. To appoint new ASM / RSM in coordination with GM / HO.
