Job Description:Key Responsibilities:&amp nbsp 1. Learning Development&amp nbsp Ensure 100% coverage of eligible employees through RBs global and local learning interventions trainings, mentoring,&amp nbsp Lean-In Circles Identify learning and development needs within RB Health India through inputs from appraisal process and feedback from manager, business and team&amp nbsp Execute learning and development programs end to end: adherence to Training calendar, training coordination, driving participation, measuring training impact, revise programs (as necessary) and manage training payments and budget.&amp nbsp Provide support in identifying and putting into action coaching and mentoring relationships for identified key talent&amp nbsp 2. Employee Communications On-going employee communication and branding for awareness and effective implementation of Talent Development processes. E.g.&amp nbsp Creating driving results through employee communication campaign for the appraisal process&amp nbsp Partner with vendors to create communication campaigns including engagement activations, merchandise, creative mailers etc. &amp nbsp Support in leadership development talent interventions as per need.&amp nbsp 3. Performance Talent Management Data analysis, reporting driving closures on performance management process&amp nbsp Talent Dashboard creation and maintenance Creation, rollout, analysis and action planning of online surveys to establish impact of initiatives like quality of appraisal feedback given by manager.&amp nbsp Process ownership for Recognition&amp nbsp 4.
