Job Description:Daily briefing of In-house Technical staff and Provide Job cards. Daily Site round and note down all Major and minor defects and update in Daily check list Co-coordinate any major/minor breakdown which will affect the building occupants. Co-ordinate with OEM for pending defects rectifications. Co-ordination with Clients representatives on day-to-day activities. Review all check lists/log sheets on a daily basis to ensure smooth operations Innovate, suggest and implement energy conservation ideas. Periodically check/amend checklists, operation steps, spare parts consumption analysis. Prepare daily reports monthly management reports. Prepare weekly fuel consumption reports and updation Prepare electricity consumption bills for Client. Ensure un-interrupted water supply at Building Responsible for overall safety and security at site. Coordinates with vendor for regular maintenance and repair services of all technical equipment connected. Co-ordinate with technical vendors for day to day activity. Responsible for complete upkeep of the site to high standards of operations, maintenance and cleanliness. Plans, develops and coordinates a program of planned, preventive maintenance for electrical equipment. Maintain Discipline quality of work by all staff. Provides technical recommendations advice whenever needed. Oversees the inventory, rental, repair and maintenance of office equipment. Co-ordinate with vendors for onsite maintenance of equipment. Evaluates support services, identifies needs, anticipates problems and develop corrective actions. Responsible for the Technical team work on Day-to-day basis. Preparing of Indents GRN as per requirement. Periodically updating Snag list and submitting facility Manager for take-forward to client. HSE training to be conducted periodically during week-end. As per requirement Prepare gate pass for material movement. Co-ordinate and update to client for all basis requirement in terms of technical operation and maintenance. Updating of all check list and verified with AFM Check closure of all pending complaints Prepare Monthly Daily site report/MMR report Updating the Attendance sheet on daily bases.
