Job Description:Primary Responsibilities Ideation on new on-air programs, promos, contests game shows, programming led ground events and new properties. Manage the sound-scape of the station through appropriate process and system interventions. Play list Management Packaging elements such as program promos, channel promos, program bumpers, sweepers, liners, etc. Supervising the creative and quality of Program Promos / Channel Promos and other packaging elements. Providing creative alternatives and innovative solutions that help generate and boost ad spend. Contributing to copywriting, selling and production of commercials and thus aid revenue generation through creative assistance. Other Responsibilities Must be creative and possess a good understanding of the local markets. Exposure to handling creative teams is mandatory Must speak and understand the local language.
