Job Description:15-20 years hands-on experience in QA/QC / Welding works of Oil Gas / Petrochemical / Refinery / Power Plants Projects. Should have ASNT Level II / CWS qualification. Shall be responsible and accountable for the implementation and maintenance of the Contract Quality Management Systems in full compliance with Contract requirements. Overall responsible for the management of QA/QC activities Devising, establishing, Implementing and maintaining Companys quality procedures and speicificattions. Advise, guide and motivate personnel and line management on QA activities and related technical matters. Reviewing Customers requirement and ensuring they are met. Responsible for organising QA training for all personnel and maintaining records. Operate an internal audit program utilising qualified personnel independent of the area being audited to determine the effective application of the Quality Management Systems and follow-up effective close out of the deficiencies. Supervising the Quality control functions/activities of a project. Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing stattistical reports. Support Project Manager/Construction Manager in dealing with client for all the quality matters. Allocates Quality Control personnel to the various areas of site activity. Supervises inspections, reports and the documentation issued by inspectors and collect and file the required Quality Records. Ability to conduct root cause analysis in a business process. Pro-active behaviours required to analyse QA trends and implement strategies to mitigate potential threats, before escalation. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Shall be able to form, smoothly interact and motivate a team with the ability to manage change within a matrix type organisation and be assertive.
