We have implemented a Shared Services Center in Mohali, India to support Global Operations in areas of Finance Accounting, Trade Operations, Treasury and IT Support and other back office support Services. Job Purpose: In line with ASC 842 requirements, RTR Lease Accounting Coordinator would be the focal point of contact in India to enter maintain Master data in the Lease accounting software along with coordination of global business partners. Also, the person would be responsible for the performing regular reconciliation in the software as well reporting for lease accounting. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with the global counterparts create the central database of for all Lease contracts on the ongoing basis.& nbsp Create maintain master data in the Lease accounting software (Nakisa) support the project team for the successful implementation and migration at the initial phase.& nbsp Periodic reconciliation of the Lease Database& nbsp Perform Reporting related to Lease accounting and create the supporting schedules to meet the compliance as per ASC 842. Participate in development of key process KPIs ensures they are met on regular basis.& nbsp Improve the business process flow on a continual basis utilizing industry leading practices Create Dashboards Metrics of individual country/ region on the need basis, requested by business partners.& nbsp Act as key contact person for all internal and external groups (Bunge Global, Counterparties and Statutory team) which affect / are affected by the Lease processes. Identify changes to long term resource needs and implements appropriate actions. Work on a collaborative approach with the key stakeholders globally.& nbsp Ensure compliance with Groups Sarbanes Oxley programme and Standard Policy and Procedures.
