Job Description: The Cadency Trintech Support Executive is responsible for will be working in a team of Cadency support that will support the across different continents. The Helpdesk will provide support to the finance team working on the ground in day to operations. He will support the global projects roll out from BNA. Currently in scope will be supporting the Cadency tool for balance sheet reconciliation journal posting.& nbsp Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 1 support to users of a Global R2R workflow tool across operating companies Handle queries related to cadency Trintech workflow tool.& nbsp Work on cadency vs SAP interface issue lodged by opcos users. Creation /changes of master data groups for the cadency workflow tool Work closely with Opco users to understand and fulfill business requirements for cadency. Continuously monitor configuration and update as needed.
